The Jeff Goodrich Parents’ Soccer Classic is a soccer tournament for parents of children attending Manhattan and Hermosa Beach School District Schools and other local supporters of the MBX Foundation as well as supporters of the Goodrich family. Jeff Goodrich was the founder of the tournament and a Manhattan Beach police officer, who sadly passed away several years ago.

The majority of the proceeds (after expenses) go to the MBX Foundation in support of athletic and sports programs in local school districts, with a portion of the proceeds to be designated to a charity chosen by the Goodrich family. South Bay schools will field teams of parents from each school for this tournament to raise funds for our schools’ athletic programs. There will be prizes, raffles, and food & drink for players and spectators of all ages.

Proceeds from the tournament benefit all our PE programs and Costa Boys and Girls Soccer Programs.
