Slay Steak & Fish House: Enjoy a special Easter lunch from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. The menu offers many choices, including multiple items harvested from the Slay Estate & Vineyard. The Strand House: The Strand House is offering a special Easter prix fixe meal on Sunday ($85 per person for adults; $40 for kids 10 and younger). Tin Roof Bistro: Tin Roof Bistro will be open for Easter brunch (11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.) and Easter dinner (3:00 to 9:00 p.m.). The Easter brunch time slot will offer special brunch items as well as a consolidated a la carte regular menu. Dinnertime will feature the regular a la carte menu. Zinc @ Shade: Zinc gives you two choices: a family to-go meal, or a prix fixe on-site meal. The to-go meal (serves four for $125) is available on Saturday between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. It includes arugula salad, smoked salmon and bagels, quiche, French toast bread pudding, bacon, poached jumbo prawns, and fresh fruit and berries.
