Got incredible carving skills? A keen eye for painting designs? Or just a super-creative pumpkin idea? Now's the time to show off your talents, at Manhattan Beach's 2020 Pumpkin Decorating Contest. 

The contest, co-sponsored by the Downtown Manhattan Beach Business and Professionals Association and the Manhattan Beach Department of Parks and Recreation, offers great prizes in a variety of categories.

To enter, bring your decorated pumpkin to Metlox Plaza in Downtown Manhattan Beach at the corner of 13th and Morningside Ave. between noon and 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 25. A "pumpkin valet" will be there to receive it.

Pictures of the pumpkins will be posted online on Monday, October 26 at downtownmanhattanbeach.com. You may vote online for your favorite designs through October 31. Winners will be announced in the first week of November.

Best Kids Creation (ages 10 and under) - $25 gift card to Gum Tree

Good Enough to Eat - $25 to Rock’N Fish

Most Artistic - $25 to Bo Bridges Gallery

Most Original - $25 to Right Tribe

Scariest - $25 to Farmers Market

Local Love for Manhattan Beach - $25 to Tabula Rasa
