Are you interested in learning simple mindfulness techniques that can help reduce stress, depression and anxiety? Learn the benefits of living in the present moment at the Beach Cities Health District's FREE Mindfulness Workshop with UCLA's Gloria Kamler.

Doors open at 9 a.m.

Mindfulness Workshop: 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.

Mindful Movement Demonstrations (Tai Chi and Chair Yoga): 11:30 a.m. - noon
