Sponsored by the Beach Cities Health District and the Manhattan Beach Older Adults Program, this workshop is aimed to prepare adults for the critical conversation necessary to live life fully, while preparing for the end of life. At this workshop, you will: 1) Learn about Advance Directive Planning from Dr. Ira Byock; 2) Practice having the conversation with your family regarding your plan; 3) Complete the Five Wishes tool to help guide your personal, spiritual, medical and legal decision making.
