City Council Public Study Session: ULI Final Report/Downtown Plan Discussion
The public is invited to attend this adjourned regular meeting of the Manhattan Beach City Council.
City Council will discuss the prioritization of Urban Land Institute's (ULI) recommendations and next steps for Downtown Manhattan Beach and consider the appropriation of funds and awarding of a Professional Services Agreement to Pacific Municipal Consultants (PMC) for an amount not-to-exceed $357,000 to prepare a Specific Plan for Downtown MB.
