Culture Club South Bay presents a Beach Sound Healing Experience featuring Bloom Holistic Healing. All are invited to come together, heal, and advocate for Social and Racial Justice in honor of Bruce's Beach. The evening will feature arts, food, and performances.

*Please arrive wearing your mask and with clean hands*

What to bring:

1. Dress comfortably; this class includes light movement (pants, sweat shirt, leggings, etc)

2. Blanket, pillow, yoga mat, and jacket (It may get chilly)

3. Water bottle

4. Journal and pen

5. Open Heart

6. Mask

7. Eye Mask

Optional: sun screen, crystals

About the Sound Healer: Jennifer Franklin is a Teacher, Sound Healer, and Breathwork facilitator based in Los Angeles. She uses Family Theories, Human Development, and Psychology in her approach to help individuals, families, and communities. She is also an expert in grief and loss. Jennifer has over 10 years of hands on experience in communities all over the Los Angeles County. Jennifer has a deepened understanding of self-care practices, behavior change, and esteem building. Her mission is to help families and communities heal from the inside out. She received a Masters of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with Distinction. She also has a bachelors of Science in Community Health Education and School Health Education.
