Help conserve water with a free rain barrel. Register ahead of time at http://www.westbasin.org/rainbarrels and then come pick it up at the Hermosa Beach Community Center on Saturday, Feb. 15. Limit two rain barrels per household for the life of the program. Must install rain barrels within 30 days. Must allow for rain barrel installation inspection or you may be charged for the cost of the rain barrel. Open to all West Basin residents.
