YPC Sweat & Social
Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce Young Professional Council is having a Sweat & Social event at AfterBurn Fitness. Sweat it out, then network it out!
Trade in the oxfords, heels, button ups and blouses for your tennis shoes and active apparel, followed by "No Shower Happy Hour".
Doors open at 5:45 p.m. with the class starting at 6 p.m. sharp. Afterburn’s Tag Team Workout will include: 15 Mins of Spin Class, 15 Mins of MMA Conditioning, and 15 Mins of Interval Training.
The cost is $5 for YPC Members and $20 for non-Members.
Afterburn Fitness is located at 1133 Artesia Boulevard, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.
