The award-winning, East Coast bred Chef D (Diana Stavaridis) grew up eating farm-to-table produce, meats and locally caught seafood. She has brought these values to Manhattan House where diners enjoy bicoastal inspired cuisine made with the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients available. How fresh you ask? Many of our herbs and vegetables are grown just blocks away from the restaurant at an elementary school community garden we sponsor!
Akin to our philosophy on sourcing fresh, sustainable food, Manhattan House believes that a great restaurant should be woven into the fabric of the local community. Our management team is all South Bay residents, which means that we are sharing food and drinks with our friends and neighbors every day.
