It was a wacky day at the beach in Manhattan Beach on Friday, following an unusually heavy seasonal rainstorm.

Spotted at the beach were a double rainbow, snow, and a sea turtle - all rare sightings on their own, but an extremely unusual trio all on the same day. 

(To be fair, the icy precipitation looked like snow but is probably more accurately hail.)

The turtle was spotted by the L.A. County Lifeguards and brought to safety by the nonprofit Marine Animal Rescue.
