For the past 25 years, Manhattan Beach Community Counseling Center has been offering low-fee counseling services for people seeking help with life's challenges. An outreach program of Manhattan Beach Community Church, the counseling is provided by dedicated pre-licensed clinicians. The therapists have completed their Master's level programs and are fulfilling the 3000 hours requirement needed to be a candidate to take the Marriage and Family Therapy licensing exam. They are supervised by licensed family therapist, Jeannie Beaumont.  Counseling services are provided to individuals, couples, families, and groups.  Children, teens, and adults alike have all benefited from services at the counseling center.  This month's groups are funded in large part by grants from Beach Cities Health District.
