Remember Cafe Pierre? Fans of the beloved eatery, which preceded the popular Love & Salt restaurant, will have a chance to "flash back" next week to a Cafe Pierre menu for two nights.

On November 25 and 26, Love & Salt will offer a "Two Night Affair With Pierre." The restaurant will feature a fixed price four-course menu that honors classic dishes from the former Cafe Pierre.

Love & Salt offered a similar pop-up last year. The event was so popular that it filled up immediately with a wait list for reservations, so this year the restaurant is extending the pop-up for two nights.

This year's menu will include a choice of two starters (choose from creamy polenta, foie parfait, baked goat cheese provencale, escargot du chef, French onion soup gratinee, or frisee salad).

For the main course, choose from pan-roasted baramundi, escargot "love letters," moules (mussels) St. Tropez, steak au poivre, filet roquefort, or fennel-dusted chicken.

Dessert choices include vanilla brioche bread pudding, espresso pot de creme, or tiramisu.

The dinner will cost $85 plus tax and gratuity. For reservations, email [email protected].

CafĂ© Pierre first opened in 1977, and was owned and operated by Guy Gabriele. Gabriele's daughter Sylvie Gabriele later took over the space and opened Love & Salt in 2014.
