'Lobstah Roll Takeover' Returns

Ready to kick off Labor Day Weekend with the ultimate summer lunch? The popular "Lobstah Roll Takeover" returns as the Fishing With Dynamite team "takes over" the MB Post dining room  on Thursday, August 29.

Chef David LeFevre will be on hand during the luncheon event to showcase his popular "Lobstah Roll." A lobster roll is a traditional New England specialty, made of lobster meat tossed with lemon juice, oil, or mayonnaise, and served on a toasted hot dog bun that is split from the top, not the sides. (This is an important detail for lobster roll connoisseurs.)

Thursday's full lunch menu includes house-made chips with malt vinegar and French onion dip; blue crab and corn hush puppies; heirloom tomato and Santa Rosa peach market salad; "mac salad" with celery, pickled ginger, and wasabi; the "Lobstah Roll," and strawberry shortcake.

The menu will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tickets are $65 per person, tax and gratuity included. A selection of drinks and cocktails will also be available for order.
