Got tape? (and scissors?) On Saturday morning, come and join in a community wrapping party for the 26th Annual Beach Cities Toy Drive.

The wrapping party will take place at the Joslyn Community Center from 10:00 a.m. until all the toys are wrapped. Participants are urged to bring tape and scissors, and any extra wrapping paper they want to contribute. No sign up is required.

For the past month, local city and community organizations have been collecting donations of unwrapped children's toys. The toys will be distributed to local charities including the Salvation Army, the Harbor-UCLA Child Crisis Center, the 1736 Family Crisis Center, the Richstone Family Center, Special Needs Network Inc., the Good Shepard Center, the Midnight Mission, the Los Angeles County Toy Loan Program, the South Central Family Health Center, and Toys for Champions.
