Now's your chance to get tickets to the Sunset Beach Party (a.k.a. Manhattan Beach's "Party of the Summer") on the AVP Skydeck overlooking the Manhattan Beach Pier.

The party, organized by the business owners of the Downtown Manhattan Beach Business and Professionals Association, will be held on Thursday, August 16 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Party guests will have a chance to take in the sunset while enjoying special food, drinks, and music from atop the highest point of the AVP stadium structure.

The party will feature food from local favorites The Strand House, Rock'n Fish, Zinc @ Shade, Darren's, Little Sister, Lido, Homie, Purvey LA, Fresh Brothers, SunLife Organics, Rocchio Coffee Roasters, Petro's, and Manhattan House; as well as music from The Lucky Ones.

VIP tickets are available for $120 and include special early entrance to the party at 4:15 p.m., a chance to mingle with the 2017 AVP/MB Open champions, a dedicated dining platform, and select beverages. VIP entrants will also receive a "BEACH PARTY" trucker-style hat, which you can use to get special discounts at local Manhattan Beach stores from August 16-23.

General Admission tickets cost $50 and offer entry at 5:00 p.m. with access to all food offerings, live music, and a cash bar. Children ages 10 and under may attend for free in the General Admission area.

The AVP Skydeck is the top of the AVP stadium built for the AVP/Manhattan Beach Open, which runs from August 16-19.

The Sunset Beach Party benefits the Roundhouse Marine Studies Lab and Aquarium, which is currently undergoing renovation.
