Refresh and rejuvenate your health and lifestyle over two days this weekend, at the Home and Health Expo presented by the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce.

The event will be held at the National Guard Armory on Friday, June 15 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., and on Saturday, June 16 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

It will feature more than 50 vendors with activities such as fitness classes, nutritional demos, parent and kid yoga classes, sustainable design ideas, information on financial health; giveaways, and more. The event is free, and all ages are welcome.

Starting Friday at 2:00 p.m., there will be a drawing for L.A. Lakers tickets, a $100 gift card to Love & Salt, a basket from Dave & Busters, two gourmet sandwich lunches from Ripe Choice Catering, Bite at the Beach tickets, and a Little Sister gift card.

Featured exhibitors include Jayne Justice and her Kangoo Jumps exercise platform; Education First Language Travel, which is still seeking host families for international students in the South Bay; certified Life Mastery Consultant Judy Hersch; award-winning Turkish artist Ozlem Paker, and luxury tile distributor Amirian Home.

On Friday, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. there will be a VIP reception for chamber members and sponsors.
