Want to be part of a holiday parade? If you register now, you can be a part of Manhattan Village Mall's annual Santa Arrival parade - a lively spectacle suitable for all ages.

The parade, held each year on the day after Thanksgiving, marks the traditional beginning of the holiday shopping season. At 9:00 a.m., Santa and Mrs. Claus, his elves, a gingerbread man, Frosty the Snowman, a man on stilts, the Manhattan Beach Fire and Manhattan Beach Police Departments, and the Mira Costa High School marching band all lead a colorful parade down the length of the Manhattan Village parking lot and into the mall.

Kids are welcome to join in, but registration is required. Registration can be done online or at the concierge kiosk in the mall. The mall will have holiday gift bags and t-shirts for those who register in advance.

Photos with Santa and additional kids' craft activities will be held inside the mall following the parade.
