More than 40 artists will be on hand to display their surf- and ocean-themed artwork on Highland Avenue between 33rd and 40th streets from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Visitors are invited to stroll through local businesses to view the art, and dine or drink at local restaurants.
