Doors Open for 'Sophisticated Snoops' This Weekend

Want to "snoop" inside of some of Manhattan Beach's most extraordinary homes? You'll have your chance this weekend at the 44th Annual Sophisticated Snoop home tour, benefiting American Martyrs School.

The six homes are open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 19; Saturday, May 20; and Sunday, May 21. Tickets are available for $30 presale and $35 on site.

The homes include:

2316 The Strand, Manhattan Beach - a custom coastal contemporary home "with distinctive European flair."

320 9th Street, Manhattan Beach - a "modern architectural masterpiece and art collector’s haven" on a walk street.

819 10th Street, Manhattan Beach - a distinctive home that "combines modern style with family friendly living."

1811 Agnes Road, Manhattan Beach - a "one-of-a-kind home with unique architectural details and Old World styling."

569 33rd Street, Manhattan Beach - a "beautifully appointed traditional Cape Cod with lots of charm and stylish detail."

233 South Meadows Avenue, Manhattan Beach - a "spectacular custom home" on a 14,000 sq. ft. lot "with extraordinary attention to detail."

Tickets are available in Manhattan Beach at American Martyrs School, GROW The Produce Shop, Patterson Cleaners, Tabula Rasa, Bristol Farms, pages: a bookstore, and Look! Optometry. Tickets may also be purchased in Hermosa Beach at Deep Pocket Jean Co. and Uncorked - The Wine Store; in Redondo Beach at Card de A; in Rolling Hills at Bristol Farms; and in El Segundo at Banner Stationers.
