Want to do some shopping for a good cause? The Neptunian Woman's Club will hold its annual Fashion Show and Luncheon Presented by Macy’s at the Manhattan Beach Marriott on Sunday, November 6 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The Neptunian Woman’s Club has a goal of raising $50,000, which will be used to prive financial assistance to college-bound students in the South Bay. Tickets for the event range from $135 to $1,350; of which $100 is tax deductible.

The fashion show will be host to many boutiques and name brand stores, including Laura Mercier from Macy's, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Sephora, Macy’s, Kendra Scott, Marmi Shoes, Tabula Rasa and Yorktown, Deep Roots florist, Barsha Wines, and Mr. Shovies Toffee.

Following the luncheon, the fashion show will begin with Macy’s showcasing their fall and winter fashion trends on the catwalk.

There will also be a live auction to bid on experiences such as:
  • The Hammitt Experience - the highest bidder will be able to meet one and one with a Hammitt designer and create their own purse.
  • The Chef Darren Experience - an in home five course dinner prepared by Chef Darren Weiss of Darren’s Restaurant.
  • Manhattan Village Package (a title sponsor of the event) - a plethora of gift certificates and goods from stores in the Manhattan Village Mall.

Additionally, the event will feature a silent auction with items and packages retailing over $15,000. Those items include (just to name a few), SKECHERS gift certificates, a Los Angeles Farmers Market Food Tour Experience, LA Dodgers and LA Kings merchandise, dining opportunities for restaurants all over the South Bay, an invitation to the Magic Castle, and more.
