MB Joins Together For Grand View Gator Run

Last week's Murad Family Foundation Grand View Gator 5K was a rousing success, with nearly 900 participants joining the fun on Saturday on a foggy Manhattan Beach morning.
Mira Costa student Cy Chittenden of Manhattan Beach came in first with a time of 17:42. Kate Myers of Manhattan Beach was the first woman finisher at a time of 20:11.
The community event at Grand View Elementary School draws students, parents, teachers, and community members from across town and has become a popular Manhattan Beach tradition. All proceeds from the race benefit the Manhattan Beach Education Foundation (MBEF).
