Chef Fiorelli to Demo English Muffins at Brunch Series

If you love Love & Salt's in-house English muffins, you'll be over the moon about this new opportunity: Chef Michael Fiorelli will lead a demo class on how to make his famous English muffins, followed by brunch at Love & Salt, on three different Saturdays this spring.

The classes will be held on April 23, May 21, and June 25 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m at Love & Salt.

Each class will begin with an hour-long lesson and experience with hands-on kitchen work, in which participants will knead individual portions of dough and dip them in semolina.

Following the kitchen demo, brunch will be served in Love & Salt's private upstairs dining room. Brunch will begin with a mimosa or glass of orange juice and coffee or tea, as well as a selection of pastries including English muffins, warm Italian donuts, and Nutella toast. Participants may then choose brunch entrees ranging from ricotta pancakes and avocado toast to roasted turkey chopped salad and crispy chicken Parmesan sandwich—the perfect finish to the experience.

TIckets are available for $65 per person through MasterCard's "Priceless" program.
