Not many people do brunch quite as well as Chef David LeFevre, but if you want to learn from one of the best, here's your opportunity: LeFevre will host a brunch workshop at The Arthur J on Sunday, March 20, to help you elevate brunch to a true art form.

The workshop will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and will cost $80 per person, which includes an in-kitchen demo, tasting, and take-home recipes.

Participants will learn when to start food prep, what to make ahead, and how to bring eggs to the table HOT. LeFevre will demonstrate and provide tastings of such dishes as Baked Eggs with Harissa Piperade, Polenta and Chard; Pineapple Upside Down Griddle Cake;  Bacon with Rosemary and Brown Sugar, and Market Citrus Salad with Fishing With Dynamite Shrimp.

The workshop will take place at The Arthur J because the kitchen is large enough to allow for demo classes, and because it is normally closed during the day (while MB Post and Fishing With Dynamite are serving brunch).

LeFevre is an award-winning chef whose three acclaimed Manhattan Beach restaurants - MB Post, Fishing With Dynamite, and The Arthur J - have been credited with revitalizing Manhattan Beach's dining scene and making it a popular foodie destination.
