Simmzy's Burger One of L.A.'s Best

The Simmzy's Burger is a mouth-watering feast.
Hamburger fans may know about the Simmzy's Burger but in case they don't, the foodies over at Zagat have given it an Honorable Mention in their Best Burger poll.
That's quite an honor considering the poll covers all of Los Angeles, which as you know is a wide swath of turf. Now, Manhattan Beach can certainly lay claim to our beachy version of surf 'n turf.
To its culinary credit, the Simmzy's Burger made it into Zagat's Top 18 Burgers citywide by its write-in vote, a pretty mean accomplishment.
Zagat touts the burger for its "quality ground beef cooked perfectly medium rare," while voters remarked on its “killer cheese mixture and plenty of greasy goodness.” “It’s the flavor, the juiciness and the price,” wrote another voter.
Chef Anne Conness is behind the Simmzy's menu, which has been created to go with the countless beers the restaurant pours.
Simmzy's is also located in Long Beach with another slated for Venice.
