Apple to Unveil New Store in Manhattan Beach

Sep 10, 2014 03:04PM ● By DigMB Staff

The Apple Store in Manhattan Beach is getting even better and bigger.

A new, larger, redesigned Apple Store arrives in Manhattan Beach this Saturday, celebrating with a grand reopening event starting at 10 a.m. in the Manhattan Village Shopping Center.

Apple, whose current location in the shopping center is open for business as usual, is making the move to space previously occupied by Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids.

The larger space will enable the new Apple Store to offer more Apple products for hands-on use, more space for workshops and training, and a larger Genius Bar to help more customers and alleviate any backlog.

The first 1,000 customers to the new Apple Store beginning Saturday will receive a free commemorative T-shirt; no purchase necessary.

Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids are still located in the shopping center: Pottery Barn has relocated to space formerly occupied by Gap and Pottery Bran Kids is in a space next to Tommy Bahama.

Manhattan Village Mall is at 3200 Sepulveda Blvd.; (310) 546-5556.
